WHERE TO BUY TICKETS
Tickets are on sale at the Teatro Massimo box office, online, through the call center and on performance days also at the box office of the Verdura Theatre starting one hour before the start.
HOW TO USE VOUCHERS
Tickets can be purchased using vouchers received for cancelled performances in the 2020 season. Please note that vouchers issued by the ticket office can be used for purchase either at the ticket office or at the call center. Vouchers issued by Ticketone and authorized outlets can only be used for purchases on the Ticketone website.
CONCESSIONS
Under 26 years old, Under 35 2023 Card holders, season 22/23 subscribers, students of the University of Palermo, the A. Scarlatti Conservatory of Palermo and the Academy of Fine Arts of Palermo, Uncalm members, groups (minimum 20 people for the same date), Diamond Card holders. For wheelchair-bound disabled spectators and their companions, the theater provides 6 accessible seats in Sector 1 at the price of Sector 7 at the Teatro Massimo and at the price of Sector 4 (bleachers) at the Teatro di Verdura. Other severely disabled members of the audience and their companions are granted the reduced rate with no pre-sale charge for all sections.
A certificate and/or ID is required for all reductions.

Call center The Call center is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. for information and telephone purchase: tel: +39 091 8486000.

By purchasing tickets online you benefit from the print@home service that allows you to enter the Theater with your printed ticket at home, without having to pick up your tickets at the ticket office. The Teatro Massimo disclaims any responsibility for purchases made through unofficial channels.
RULES FOR PURCHASE
Payment at the Theatre box office can be made by cash, debit card, check made out to the Teatro Massimo Foundation, credit card charge or bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, a copy of the payment must be sent promptly to the box office to finalize the purchase.

VARIATIONS AND REFUNDS
This is without prejudice to any right to change dates, program and/or structuring and organization of performances that may be necessary due to technical needs of the Theatre and/or artists, or due to causes beyond the Theatre’s control (including strikes, abstentions and/or force majeure).
