Palermo, October 24th, 2023
The Fondazione Teatro Massimo informs the public that this evening’s performance of the opera “Don Giovanni” will not take place, following the adhesion of the theatre workers to the national strike (called by the national secretariats SLC – CGIL, FISTEL – CISL, UILCOM – UIL, FIALS – CISAL) for the renewal of the National Collective Labour Contract of the Lyric Symphonic Foundations.
Thanks to the availability of Maestro Riccardo Muti and of the entire cast, the theatre has scheduled a performance on Sunday October 29th at 8 p.m.
Subscribers and ticket holders of this evening’s performance (October 24th – première) may attend the new performance, scheduled for Sunday October 29th at 8.00 p.m., using the same ticket and keeping the same seat.
If unable to attend the new performance on Sunday October 29th, subscribers and ticket holders may still request a refund as follows:
- Subscribers and holders of tickets purchased through the Theatre Box Office or the Call Centre will be able to request a refund at the Box Office from Wednesday October 25th and no later than 3.30 p.m. on Friday October 27th, handing in the ticket/coupon.
- Those who purchased online will receive an email from TicketOne with instructions regarding the refund, which must be requested no later than 8.30 p.m. on Thursday October 26th.
- This evening the Box Office will only refund tickets purchased at the box office or through the call center by non-residents, who are unable to attend the new performance.
We apologize to the audience for the inconvenience, thank you for your understanding.
